chook has runny bum

Hi after advice again!!!!, my chooks are doing great but, my RIR has always had a runny bum. I thought she would grow out of it, but alas she has not. I have been cleaning up her vent feathers for what seems forever now and am wondering what could be causing it. Her rear end is glowing red at the minute, which looks sore, I would love to clear it up for her sake.

Might be worth a trip to the vet for a check over. She could have picked up something while scratching about, but as the others are all right, she may just have a more sensitive tummy than them?
Have you wormed them recently.
