    hi,
    if i want to save some of the potatoes i harvested this year to use as seed ones next year will they keep through the winter - how should i store them.

    Some people keep a few potatoes in the salad draw of the fridge along with their packets of seeds.
    Some people will also warn against keeping potatoes from year to year due to the risk of blight.
    I grow Shetland Blacks which are a little hard to get hold of, so I grow them in pots as a blight safeguard, and keep a few for seed in the fridge till next year.
