planting grape vines in tyres

    planting grape vines in tyres

    would it be a good idea or bad for me to plant my grape vines which are only about 11 inches tall into a stack of 3 tyres

    i will be cleaning them well

    they can then drain well

    they will be in my polytunnel

    any advice will be gratefully recieved

      i planted them yesterday and they look ok at the moment!!!

        Spuds planted in tyres are good just keep topping up and adding tyres as you go, really easy to harvest too..
