Hi has anyone got a few seeds of Bee balm they could let me have. Can send a SAE or have a few things to exchange. Alys says this plant make a very drinkable tea, would like to give it a try

I've never managed to get Monarda seeds to germinate; and neither have I ever found self sown seedlings; I believe you get a better result from root cuttings.

I have some seeds and also some growing, though the slugs got at it quite badly. I've not tried growing the seeds, I forgot I had them and found the plant cheap... Happy to send you some if you want to give 'em a go, PM me if you want some
