  • Yet another AGM question!

Does the incoming Secretary or the outgoing Secretary have to write up the minutes for the AGM?

I Kinda think it should be the incoming.........which means I'm in big bother!..........But I don't care, because this year I will be the outgoing Sec!

        Yet another AGM question!

At an AGM, the "old" committee go through their own bit, eg. the treasurer does the a/c bit, secretary reads up minutes, ad infinitum. When it is all done, and voted as accurate by all full members (paid up ones, etc.), tghe committee then stands down and a new committee is then voted in. This is what has always happened on all the committees I have been on.
        Hope this helps.
