    2019 Veteran Car Run Purley Cross

    Some did get away despite there being 400+ shots.

    There are a few interesting non-veterans among them.

    By the way yesterday lunchtime I saw a steam train at Purley presumably going to Brighton. Anyone any idea what it was please.

      Thanks. It caught me by surprise as I was waiting for a bus in Purley! The engine sounded a bit odd. There were some Pullmans on it.
      Get a few interesting ones past bottom of my garden at Riddlesdown on their way to the Blue Bell. The ticket clerk usually puts a notice up a few days ahead.
