I took up the free strawberry plants and DVD offer on 7th June. It said that orders received before 14th June will be dispatched immediately, but they haven't arrived yet.

I ordered something off them earlier this year with my free voucher (don't use them normally as I think their customer service is pants) and about 2 months later after a lot of chasing they told me that they didn't have any despite still advertising them on the website. They offered me either my money back or twice the value in vouchers which would last at least a year. I took the vouchers and when they arrived they use by date was about a month away. Complained again and eventually got my money back. Very poor.

I don't use them as I can't stand their new site. It's still buggy, and I've emailed them pointing out the bugs - initially they replied, thanking me but then after a short reply I thought I'd take my custom elsewhere.

Might be because I make websites for a living, but if I find a problem I'll point it out to the company. More often than not they thank me and on most occasions I've had free delivery, or something of token (I don't do it for that mind!). Found a problem with real seeds yesterday, and dropped them an email. Hoping they sort it as I want something esepcially from them!

I had the need to contact Real Seeds about something last year, more of a query really as I wanted to check I hadn't done something wrong and they were unbelievably helpful, really good customer service.

Yup - they got back to me on their office days early. I'd much rather support small organisations like this, plus they're local to me really.. only an hour and a bit away. What they grow there, should in theory grow reasonably well for me - so I'll be using them for the majority of my seed purchases from now on

Got home from work today and the strawberries and DVD have arrived. Strawberries are now planted, DVD well, I'll let you know!

Carefully ordered mine after the 14th so they would come in the autumn when there'd be a lot more space to put them but they turned up about 10 days ago. Couldn't plant them until last weekend but they seem to be settling in ok. Was planning on using the bed for some autumn carrots but it was the only space I had to put them.

Hi ukf, it said that they would fruit in September, but I don't think so. They have settled and there are a few flowers, but they are still very small plants. We'll see. Hope yours flourish and that you have found somewhere else for the carrots!

Yes, sorry - mine did arrive. Not the other things that were ordered in the same order though. This just promoted me to ask them again for an update. Thanks Flo.

I haven't received the asparagus growing kit, and the cherry tree. Am sure I placed the order, but have misplaced the confirmation so I don't know who to badger about chasing it up. Help!
