...it's quite bright, turned an odd blue colour and there's something very shiny in it......help! What's going on? It does look vaguely familiar but I can't get me head round it.

OH says we need to climb right to the top of the High Mountain of Laundry and make a sacrifice. He thinks we (he means me) needs to feed innocent garments into the sacraficial drum in this place he calls the 'futility room'? Is this right, should we do this?
If we do this, will the shiny thing go away?
