That sounds good Hazel. I usually go for a fish/chicken/lentils (occasionally)/mixed veg type thing but Miss EB is at that age where the nose would be turned up so that might do the trick even is I only grate some cheese onto hers. She is keen on spicy mince (keema) so that might work too, with a side order of sweetcorn and broccoli.
I need that flash of inspiration smilie now........Bright Blessings

Have to say Pancakes tonight will be a toss up (groan!) between Maple Syrup and good old fashioned lemon and sugar! Can never decide which is my fave!
