Trousers is coming down with 'Man Flu', so I've just played that YouTube wotsit to him again to make him giggle, and shoved a small shot of Limoncello into his mitts to pack him full of Vitamin C.

He's also got 'A Hurty Elbow'. Any suggestions?

Hi Wellie, a nice hot water bottle wrapped in a snuggly blanket under the 'hurty elbow' should do the trick. The only trouble is with the Limoncello in the other hand he won't be able to ring the little bell to get your attention!

              Lots of special Wellie love?
Seriously though, KK had it for ages and I think that my bad handie thing might have come from my elbow and the only thing I can say is don't do too much and rest it as much as you can. I don't spose that his job is helping much either.
Bug hugs Trousers.... not that close don't want your man flu and Wellie darling, start on the vit C now

SueA, it's OK, he's sending the cat into the kitchen to tell me when he needs a top-up....

ScareyClarey, I'm making a Christmas Relish on top of the Rayburn at the minute (yum), and I've got a large shot of Limoncello on the go too. I can DEFINITELY taste the Vitamin C....!

                  a) kick my camping backpackers into touch

Hope Mr T gets sorted soon there is way too much on the bug front going on

Limoncello, sweetie, is Lemon Rind and/or Juice, steeped in neat Vodka for a few months, and it's delicious.

                    a) Yes
                    b) Yes

There's a few recipes floating about on The Vine here under the Juicing section me thinks. DO check it out. I'm drinking it on purely medicinal grounds you know.....!

Oh I thought Lemoncello was a fancy tonic sort of drink - VODKA! - checking the recipe now! Thanks Wellie.

Oh by the way, you could always try Echinacea tablets to stave off the cold. They always seem to work for the drama group. First person sneezes at rehearsals and they are given out like smarties with the evening tea!

AND Jennie, unlike the Rhubarb Schnapps, this little Voddy one isn't sickly sweet?
                        Mmm.... Echinacea.... my favourite!
