Roast lamb, with home grown Pentland Javelin spuds, Swift sweetcorn, carrots and runner beans - all home grown - delicious. It's tradition that the first meal with runners is lamb. Don't know why ....

Beetroot terrine, pea puree, crushed potatoes with saffron, basil mix and pea tops.

All home grown apart from the goat's cheese and some butter.

Homemade and grown sweet chilli sauce, tomato sauce, massive round courgettes stuffed with homegrown veg, onions, tomatoes, pepper. Only things that I didn't grow is a bit of cheese and rice.

Forgot to say home grown slow roasted potatoes, onions and peppers
