Because I didn't have any way to get a load of manure,last year I scooped some "pancakes"kindly left by loitering cows.I put it into one of the beds and covered with soil(as the dog wanted to play with it
).I did some digging yesterday and it's still greenish although the worms got interested in that.Can I use it this year mixed with soil for pumpkins and squashes or is it still too fresh?
