!CG, I don't grow corgettes but I have my squash growing in a tub like a half barrell.

And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.

I grow courgettes in 18"/450mm pots. One per pot. We usually only need one plant for the two of us, but I've got a second/third one on the go because the first one (and its successor ) was nibbled by slugs before being big enough to ignore them.
Location:- Rugby, Warwckshire on Limy clay (within sight of the Cement factory)

One per pot and go big, they really don't like being cramped. I use a half barrel size and they seem much happier than when I tried smaller containers. Worth it for the harvest difference.
