Plastic greenhouse / pollytunnel - whats the difference?

Now I've decided to create raised beds on the concrete I have a small space where I could possibly fit a small pollytunnel. Then I realised I have a blowaway greenhouse I will no longer need once my proper greenhouse is delivered *within 21 days*

So basically i'm just wondering if theres a difference or if I should just use my plastic greenhouse like a polytunnel
