I have been given a half tray of seedlings (approx 100 !!!!) and I need to grow them on. I have nowhere in the garden to plant them out so do I put them in small pots or would they be OK in some of my spare rootrainers? Or any other suggestions would be welcome.

Let them get a little bigger and the ones I have just planted in some root trainers could be yours!Originally posted by zazen999 View PostPop them in kitchen roll and packaging and send them here?
Becki, they are a bit small for 5" pots, when they have grown up a bit, maybe,
I had 97 in all, some now in a seed tray (the very tiny ones) some in pots and some in rootrainers. They will all go along the side of the garden where the bulb pots, root cuttings and other such plants live. Cool, shady and hopefully they will thrive there.

My Mum and I went to this years one last month, said 'we could do better than that' and joined up.
Even so, there will be some to spare for fellow Grapes.
