stayed the same this week but it was totm too.
Was in the petrol queue the other day and off to visit a friend, picked up a bag of do-nuts to take to hers.... then put them back again

Out for lunch tomorrow so expecting to NOT refuse dessert again as it's Mother's Day

I've lost 0.8lbs this week (I LOVE my digital scales!) which I'm rather pleased with...

I'm hoping to have lost a stone by the time I do my 10K run in May (since I started this at Christmas)... I'll not be skinny by any means, but if I can just stop my tummy flobbing around when I run, I'll be pleased!!

I've been running 3 or 4 times a week now, plus an hour of Stretch & Tone aerobics, and hopefully I'll put some badminton and swimming in from next week as well.

Haven't been an angel with the food, but I think the exercise has made up for it!

It's probably your scales; they just aren't as accurate as thet used to be for some reason. Where I stand on mine makes a difference of 2lb! Of course, I always stand where it's going to make me lighter!

I like that reason I do put them in the same place each time as I remember my dad doing the moving the scales around the house thing - he doesn't need to lose any weight, he weighs almost the same as when he was in his 20s (he's 75 now).

    two sheds -
Nice to see you back and hope you're refreshed and raring to go. Well done on the kilo loss; you'll soon make it two, and then more.

Bought new scales (instead of going to Boots at 50p a weigh). I've lost a kilo since I started, but am still 5 kilos above my fighting weight.

Hmm, I put on a pound this week! Actually not sure how as I tracked all my food, stuck to points and had been active. But as OH says dont give up it's just a blip, and he reckons I am looking fitter Sometimes men can say the right things

Good going on the walking though
On the longer walks, I stop for a break every 1.5 hours or so for a drink and a snack because I do feel hungry while walking. Probably them giving me heartburn cos I don't get it often normally.

I don't want to scare you, but are you sure it IS acid reflux and not heart symptoms? They can easily be confused. If you're not sure it would be wise to get a check up.
