Just found out First Utility is now She’ll (yes apparently the petrol giant).
Did an online quote for this new one and found out over a tenner a month cheaper.
Ashes on the phone but I eventually got to speak to a nice lady but her accent made it difficult to understand.
Oh prices are now cheaper. Oh First have been owned by Shell for the last 12 months. Oh I’m stuck in my contract unless I pay £30 per fuel to escape.
So any other Grape with First please be aware that you appear to be paying a monthly premium for a corporate re brand.
