Thanks, I did contact them. One woman came to see it but wanted to have it for a minimum of 10 years which he could not promise her. Another guy was very keen in his reply but did not reply to our e-mails or phone calls. Had no other contacts. It does seem a shame as it is good land going to waste. Thanks for your reply though.
