  • Bath time!

    Here's an example of a teeny-weeny 'pond'. Well actually a 12"x12" ceramic plant saucer from Ikea a few years ago. The birds don't like their bath to be too deep, just enough to splash around in...

    - how many sparrows can you fit in....

    - Geronimo! (Says the one on the gate)

    - Standing room only!

    I thought I better go refill the water!

                I love watching the starlings bathe, as the give showers to any other birds waiting their turns. You have to refill the baths after every starling visit.
