Default Some kind of fungus on my grapevine

I have a fungus on my grape vine and i have not been able to find it anywhere on the internet, so maybe you can help me. So here it goes,

The fungus is on the underside of the leaves i first noticed it by looking at the top of the leaves, there were raised bumps where the fungus is on the underside, at first i thought it was eggs because i had found a little green worm, that had wraped itself in between two leaves in like a web type thing, but then i felt the fungus(or whatever it might be) and it felt shoft but when i rubed it, it did not come of at all it left no residue and it was kinda fuzzy, so if anyone knows anything about this please respond it is driving me crazy i have been looking on the internet for hours and i cannot find anythig on it.

Please help me thank you,
Samantha

B2B if it is fungus, use a funguside. Bourdoux(sp) mixture used to be the thing in UK (I believe).
Mine get a regular spray with something similar.

Could be Phyllo--????--something,(the one that wine producers dread).I dare say you can find it on the internet.
I dare say it has been caused by this bloody awful weather.
