Chillie's and white fly...

Anyone else having a problem with white fly on their chillies...it's mainly in the house (on the kitchen windowsill) that the plants have white fly on them?!!? I cant believe they get in the house?

I have tried sprayng with soapy water which works for a while but the blighters come back and I am scared too much soapy water will ruin my plants/fruits?

Any other tips?

yellow sticky paper near your plants!! the only way with whitefly, i also get them indoors, they are impossible to keep out.
