tomato "coeur de pigeon"

Hello,

I picked up some loose, French grown "coeur de pigeon" tomatoes from a small deli in Edinburgh a week or so a go.

Does anyone know if these are hybrid's? They were delicious and I've decided to keep some seeds to plant next year but don't really want to be dissapointed. Does anyone have any info on that particular variety? Google didn't come up with much.

I would imagine it's open pollinated so fill your boots; and keep some seed for swapping next year!
