Love the woodburner. That is one piece of ingenious recycling.
It is the doom of man, that they forget.

Oh yes, I'm very simple! (Did I really say that?)

Its starting to get a bit long in the tooth now (a bit like me really!)

I've had it for a couple of years now so I can feel a 'Mark II' version with a few added perks like an oven to heat my pies and a hotplate to heat my kettle, is in order. A damper would be nice also so that I can bank it up when I leave the allotment and it should stay on all night!

No kidding Snadger - I can't fly without it! Just hope they have had the snowploughs working overtime!
(Landing at Newcastle from London was delayed for 3 hours due to the snowfall on 19th Dec)

                    Hey Snadger,

Did you make the burner, do you have plans / guidelines?
                    Cheers

Someone once asked me that and I remember putting a very longwinded rendition of how to do it on the vine.............but it was a long time ago and would take some finding I reckon!

You will need an angle grinder with thin cutting disks attached, a MIG or MMA welding set, a gas bottle and a flue pipe.
There will probably be something on google if you look..........I just tend to 'Use the force' and adlib!

Health and safety is the name of the game and don't blow yourself up! By any means necessary vent the gas and fill the gas bottle to the top with water before starting to make sure no gas is left.

I clicked that link earlier, and my security didn't flag it up? I wonder if it's something to do with the adverts?
