  • Spring greens?

Love these, but always have been unsure as to what to grow to get them.

Is it simply the cuttings off a cabbage, or something else?

They are called Spring Cabbage. I'm having some tonight with my sausages! I like Offenham Flower of Spring. Got 3 left!

It's the first small cabbage of the spring, before it's had a chance to develop a heart

                          Snadger,

I afraid mine don't get that far all gone the way of my other spring greens.
