    Perpetual Spinach has bolted

    Good Afternoon,

    I was wondering if I should dig up my spinach beet now it has bolted or can it still be productive?

    So far I have left it in and whilst the leaves are not as good as before it bolted I am still getting a bit of a harvest by regularly cutting it back.

    Will things improve or should I give up?

    Thats why I stopped growing the damm stuff because it always bolted so quickly for me!
    All of it's energy will be given over to flowering so I imagine this will be at the detriment of the taste of remaining leaves?

      you can still eat it but it tastes a bit bitter, I pulled mine
