i planted 2 varieties of onion seeds in feb and none of them have germinated. do onion seeds have to be fresh to grow? don't know what the age of them is but they wont be more than a couple of years old. i've used realy old cabbage seeds and they've all germinated. 
,so might be worth having a feel as well as a look at the bulbs,and they were in the same condition this week as well,so not took of the sheves or offered as reduced,if you don't ask,you don't know,
