Default Wilko Staging

Any good is it? Only £7.99 for 4 tier. Anyone got it and is it sturdy?

Obviously not expecting the earth for £7.99, but if it is ok might get some as I am struggling for shelf space!

I bought some earlier this year and I've been very happy with it for the price. Not sure it would take a lot of weight but it's fine for seed trays etc.

Cool, sounds like it will be A ok for my requirements. Also looks like it is easy to assemble/take apart - which it needs to be as space is at a premium.

thanks for the replies!

I've got the staging and the mini greenhouse....the mini greenhouse was reduced to £12 for the 4 shelf one, I use it as shelving outside with growbags on each shelf filled with Strawberry plants.

I went and got two lots of the staging. The boxes are marked at £9.99 but they went through at £7.99. Not built yet but managed to give myself a nasty paper cut from the stuck on picture sheet on the box!

Got a mini greenhouse for £12 too and I think it's well worth the money although there is already a small hole emerging up the side of one zip. I'll be more careful undoing it in future!

Is the staging as deep as a mini greenhouse (wardrobe style)?

I have a 4-tier mini greenhouse and I was going to cannibalize it for staging in my new, bigger, polythene greenhouse (thanks, mum!) but the 4-tier thingy is too deep and would cause knocked-over trays if I turned round. And btw my bum is of average size, before anyone gets cheeky !

(Jeannine - I don't know why they dont sell these things with a roll of gaffer tape. The door zip on my new one burst as soon as it was zipped up because I hadn't been able to get all the poles together tightly enough on the long sides so it is about half an inch too long and the stitching is a weak point).

I got the 4 tier greenhouse yesterday and had to go back today as it had one tube missnig. When assistant opened the new box to give me an extra tube, that one had one missing as well... might just be a faulty batch.. and someone's going to get one with 2 tubes missing now!

No, it's quite a bit slimmer. It's raining too hard to go out and measure mine but the shelves are just right for standard seed trays, so around 30cm.

We tie-wrapped the shelves down to make it a bit sturdier, and the zip looks ok so far...

yeah, must admit the wire shelves are a bit loose. I might get some cable ties on the scene.
