How cheap? What sort of sizes are you looking for? I got one from the garden centre for £9.99 which just about covers my smallest bed.
Or you could just buy strong wire and plastic to make your own

have a go at making yor own you only need some 2by1 batten and some some plastic.
ill post a pic of mine tomorrow

Norfolk greenhouses do some cheapish cloches, no idea of the quality though.
Norfolk Greenhouses
I've bought a plastic tunnel cloche from Plastics by post (Plastics By Post) which are very reasonable, and the covers are replaceable (they really only last a year). I cut the cover in two last year so i had 2 shorter (4m) tunnels, instead of one long (8m) one. the hoops will last forever. There's vegetable growing in the family, but I must be adopted

I've written something on making your own tunnels for the next issue of GYO. It's not published yet so I shouldn't post the pictures, but you'll be able to get hold of a copy from the 7th of March.
It's a Geoff Hamilton idea originally. Hope you like it!Resistance is fertile

I've just had a box delivered from Amazon and it includes this "bubble" plastic - it's like a load of pillows. Wonder if I could use that somehow...

I was in Poundland not so long ago & they had mini fleece tunnel type things, and also normal fleece & such stuff, you could have a look there.

I've just had the latest specials email from Lidl's and you'll find there are some cheap cloches and small greenhouse type things in it.
Great if you have one near you and don't want to make your own. Link is hereVeni, Vidi, Velcro.
I came, I saw, I stuck around.

Another thought. Loads of the guys on my site go to screwfix and buy big 25 or 50m coils of the blue waterpipe. It's really pliable and when cut makes really good arches to spread cloche plastic or netting over.
One guy has even made himself a basic wooden square frame to cover his beds and drilled holes in the wood to hold the blue plastic coils. He can then move the whole frame quite easily.Veni, Vidi, Velcro.

Definitely mate - you can get it on a roll too, and just cut off the length you need.
