Yes Folks - a trolley with "Free Plants" on it. Mostly pansies and violas in planting out packs of 6. I grabbed four packs as I passed, having failed to buy anything in store.
They just need a little TLC. Don't know whether all Homebases have these - this was in Llanishen, Cardiff. Just thought you might to look out for them if you're in a Homebase.

Ours are doing it too, noticed yesterday but it was mainly pretty much dead pots of French beans and chillies. Some of them were in quite big pots though so it could be a way of getting some of those for free if nothing else.

Hi Alison, I probably wouldn't have been able to resist even the "pretty much dead pots" - even if they ended up in the compost bin! Ifs its free, I'll find a use for it.!
