Default tomato sauce
i fancy making a yummy tomato sauce for pasta dishes, which plum tomatos are the best to use, does anyone know?::

Reckon any toms make a good sauce but the continental plums are really tasty. Try adding herbs, rosemary , thyme, bay. Also like some worcestershire sauce added for a bit of pep!!
