They do sound yum and, and easy enough for my 4yr old to help with. I am gonna have to make them as have all the ingrediants in the house.

Just a few questions, can I use any type of sugar? And Do you mean porridge oats or other oats?

    Thanks

        Em answers to your questions

Sugar - I just use normal white but i don't think it really matters
Oats - Yes, I just use porridge oats

Btw - they will go quite big and 'ploofy' so leave them on the tray for a couple of mins before transferring to cooling rack

Oat biscuits are even better with brown sugar and brown SR flour. Really nutty. (like moi?)

Oh it's available in supermarkets. My nearest SM is ASDA. I've got it from there. Great in pastry and biscuits. Or you can add baking powder to plain brown flour of course.

Well mine are in the oven, but the mixture wasn't very 'wet' so not sure how they will turn out - not made cookies before!
