Default Frazzle a la Grief

Well we always called it Frazzle anyway & I've just done one as I was bored
  1. Line a shallow baking tray with Greasproof paper
  2. Roll out some short crust pastry about 3mm thick to cover this
  3. cut up some streaky bacon distribute evenly over the pastry ( or parma ham if you're posh)
  4. slice some homegrown Tomatoes & put this over the bacon sprinkle of italian herbs over
  5. slice some homegrown onion up & put this over the tomato
  6. cover it all over with a good layer of grated cheese
  7. wack it in the oven at Gas Mk 6 (don't do electric - sorry) till the cheese is nice & golden
  8. cut into slices & eat warm or cold - It doesn't last long enough to be cold in our house

I'm off for another slice now
