We make a sort of stewy type soup, using all from the plot. Boil sliced new pots til tender, add sauted oinons, par boiled small carrots and really anything else you want to throw in. With water slightly covering veg add good amount of lettuce, cover and simmer gently for 20 mins. Lovely with chunky bread and butter.

Default one pot chicken

brown 2 seasoned chick breast in hot pan. add lardons to pan and cook, add about qtr pint of chick stock, cover and simmer for 10 mins. after 10 mins add frozen peas, spring onion and shredded lettuce, cover again for further 4 mins. Serve and eat like that or i like adding some half fat creme fresh.
for a low fat dish eat like that or lovely with mash.
