    Pansy lays her first egg

    Only had Pansy for 2 weeks and thought she was near to laying as she had been crouching for the past few days. She an 18 week old Black Star. It was a lovely little dark brown egg weighing 40gms. Mind you the noise she made before and after laying we thought it would be at least 100gms!
