| I'd plant them where you want them to stay. They are hardy and actually appreciate some cold in the winter. Give them chance to get some roots down.

| Yes, I agree. Put them in now and you will get a decent crop next year. I got my first lot in the spring this year and so they didn't have much chance to build up before flowering. They cropped, but next year will be better. This is much the best time of year to plant runners. |
