I was so disappointed with the forecast this morning, but consoled by the thought that they sometimes get it wrong!

It's lashing it down here. I was going to put Dave Clark Five outside today. They'd need my crutches if I did.

I def picked the wrong year to start growing my own veg! Its flippin' freezing here and I will probably have to go out and stick some fleece on the tatties later (I thought Id timed it just right as they reached the top of their bag by the time the cold weather was 'supposed' to be over).grrrrrrr

All my veg are in the greenhouse... Coldest April for 22 years: May coldest for 100.

At least the hail will water the survivors when it melts!

It's well weird here - alternating hot and cold every couple of days!
