  • What To do When You Have To Rest Your Knee?

It could be up to 2 weeks before I get back to work so I'm trying to keep busy without using my right knee much following Arthroscopy.

So far I have gone through the magazines I kept because I liked some recipes. I've cut the recipes out and stuck them in a note book so I can recycle the mags now.

Next plan is try pot up my toms in a seated position...needs careful planning.

    Any other ideas please.

From memory, they recommended keeping it elevated to stop fluid build up, is that still the case?

I would suggest making a list of all the jobs required around the house for your OH to do is always good for wasting away an hour or two.

Whatever you do don't watch daytime tv, it wipes away all your brain cells.
I'm only here cos I got on the wrong bus.

Yes it is. That's why potting up toms requires careful planning as to where to put everything so that it's within reach and right leg elevated!

Another good suggestion but with all the stuff that needs doing would probably take about 5 hours. Going to do it though as I have another virgin note book at hand. I will gradually sign off the jobs as they get done and we'll see how long it takes.
