    I'd just like to sing the praises of T&M for a moment ...
    I ordered 2 Acers "free, just pay postage".
    They arrived y'day, with a note that said "sorry, we have run out of the free offer for bare root Acers. Please accept these pot-grown Acers instead, with our compliments"

    They could have just not supplied anything, if they'd run out, but I have 2 really good, strong, healthy plants, for a total cost of about a fiver. Superb.

      I like T&M, never had a problem with anything they've supplied, and I've had flower & veg plug plants and seeds, and strawberry plants. Can't say the same for any other supplier!
      The one gripe I have with them is that their online ordering won't accept Visa Electron so I now have to order via the post with postal orders

        I ordered some Oxalis Versicolour from them free with something or other. They arrived this morning with a similar out of stock note. So they have sent me some Lily Check insted AND a £5 gift voucher. All this when the Oxalis Versicolour were free in the first place.
