Hi, I have loads of Hungarian Hot Wax Chillies that are light green and yellow and wonder if anyone has any other recipes to use them, I have used them in stir fries and curries so far, but I have heard of stuffing them and cooking them, but any recipes, or ideas what to put in them would be good. Thanks

Halve lengthways, scoop out as many seeds as you wish.

A bit of cream cheese (e.g. Philly) and a few breadcrumbs.
A drizzle of oil.
Under grill.

Thanks Jazz Duke. I've got lots of great big ones too and don't need to freeze any more. Under the grill with the philly it is.
