| I'd like to try gooseberry and elderflower crumble but my gooseberries are nearly ready yet. I'm sure I've read somewhere that you can freeze the flowers but can't remember who, where... Many thanks Lisa |

| dcefinatly freeze the cordial, add very hot but not boiling water to lots of flowers, leave overnight strain and freeze! voila. ![]()
