    Hi

    Hi everyone,

    Newbie to this growing malarkey,

    Just started with a few easy basics herbs salad leaves etc

    I may bombard you all with questions, hope that's ok

    A little about me... I'm 26 from herts, been living with the Boyf for a year now together 6 and decided to have a go at growing our own bits to give ourselves an extra hobby and something we can do together.

    Any hints, tips etc would be greatly appreciated

    Hi Beth and welcome! Its good to start with the quick and easy things, like herbs and salad leaves, then work up from there. Any questions, just ask! There's lots of information already on here, so have a browse and a search - you'll be amazed!!

                  Welcome to the vine Beth, as well as salad leaves and herbs etc I would pop in some climbing beans ( if you like them!) great return for the space!

                    Hi guys

                    Thanks for the warm welcome.

                    What kind of things can I look at growing this time of year?

                    It needs to be in pots/grow bags for this year until we move in to our own place (currently renting)

                    Currently got strawberries, pumpkin, spring onion, little gem, rocket, spinach, mint, basil, sage, chives, coriander, parsley. Oh and a couple of potatoes
