  • Hello from Cardiff!

    Hi All,

Have been looking for a thriving vegetable growing community - and have stumbled across yours - so thought I'd pop in and ask my millions of questions, etc!

Have literally over the past 2/3 months just got into growing veg/herbs - we've had a few disasters (we have enormous slugs that are basically immune to *everything* we've tried!) but generally our herbs have taken well, and then we moved onto 'proper' things to eat.

At the moment, due to lack of space I've built a trough type thing, and plan to build some more so I don't have to dig our garden up - but we're growing carrots, and beetroot in it, and in a small greenhouse we've got peppers (not doing too well), cucumber, tomatoes and various salad leaves. Indoors, have a few more herbs and a chilli plant that is doing really well!

That's about it - I'll start by posting a couple of my questions in the various forums!

    So, yep... hi!

    Chris
