Default Organic Gardening Courses

Hi

I attended a very good organic gardening session on Sunday at The Eco House in Leicester which I would recommend.

The gardener at The Eco House took the session which was Vegetables and Rotation. Looking at how to group vegetables together to minimise inputs to the plot and learning the various plant families. I did not realise how many families there were.

I missed the first session as it took part last year and was Soil.

There are several sessions to be run including:

Water and Weather
Composting
Seed Sowing and Pricking Out
Pest Control
Propagtaion

They also hold a organic garden forum between 11.00-1.00 on the last Sunday of the month, expect December and January.

Hi PT

I'm not near Leicester unfortunately but I have often thought about getting some time off work to do an organic gardening course at our local horti. college - Capel Manor
