Just got a beautiful rotovator, Honda RG201, haggled the man down, 1.9HP 4 stroke engine, just need the weather to settle down! I feel that the 4.5hp would have been too much for the plot. They retail at 419.00 but you can haggle them down to the 300.00 mark!

They are very reliable i have the 5hp ei-honda 502 it is getting on a bit if you have not used one before be carefull if it finds hard ground and it wants to run away just hang on to the handles and it will dig it self in jacob

My plot is clay and my 5hp is still underpowered. I would have gone for the more power and used the loud peddal less. I think it is better to be over powered and not use it all that always at the top end of the rev range to get every ounce of power out of it.

But More inportantly WATCH YOU BACK......1.9hp is a team of horses....so it is just llike you are plowing with two horses....do a small amount then stop then thenext day have another go....don't do a whole day at one go.
