Default Easy Yo

I know this has been mentioned before but I love it so much thought I'd mention it again.
So easy, gorgeous yoghurt and since I discovered the caramel and vanilla flavoured ones, seem to get through kilos of the stuff.
I used to make yoghurt with a starter culture which was a bit hit and miss, with the easyyo mixes it always works (and no I don't have shares)
If you haven't tried it, you get a big container which you half fill with boiling water and then put the yoghurt powder in a smaller kilo container with water, shake violently, add water to fill to the top, screw on the top and put in the large container for about eight hours or overnight. And that's it. You can buy spare kilo containers and smaller individual containers for lunch boxes and picnics.
