    1) Having returned from my hols yesterday my homebrew beer was ready to be syphoned out of the fermentation bucket into the pressure barrel to condition, a quick taste for quality purposes you understand suggested it will be very good.

    2) My sour dough starter culture is bubbling away and can now go into the fridge to live, a loaf will be made with that today.

    3) A batch of dough is currently proving and is laced with black olives, hopefully this will be a big part of todays lunch.

    4) In the oven is a batch of cheese and marmite straws nom nom.

    Bring on the yeast!!!
