Two of my sons ( middle two ) have been working together for a while and the company have decided to sack one of them as they can no longer afford to keep both on. Trouble is they have got rid of the one thats been there the longest and the elder of the two. Its hard for me to see this happen although I did worry when they both went to the same place to work as its a small firm ie two owners and two staff. It doesnt help either of them amd I dont want them to fall out. One is struggling and living with girlfriend in grandparents house with Dad and youngest brother, the other is renting a flat with girlfriend who has a good job.
I dont want to take sides and am trying to keep it together for both of them. Now where did I put that magic wand.
