At least you have had some good weather, its foul in Manchester. I know its generally prettie pants in Manchester with respects to the weather but really someone is starting to take the mick. Roll on summer and make it a good one. SOON!!!!!

Its bitter cold and constant drizzle here, this is an improvement on the constant rain we had earlier.

My very fluffy cats have even gone back to bed. Too sodding orrible.

It was cold and dry yesterday here, and has turned VERY cold and drizzly wet (the worst kind of wet in my opinion) here today.

Can repentence please come in time for Wednesday, as I hope to get thesis to binders on Tuesday, take the day off on wed and get new keys, back onto plot and do lots of sowing (spuds, pea plants, onion sets, spinach seedlings) and digging - hopefully even some harvesting too!!

                Pretty please/???!!

Gosh I hope so piskie. In my excitement of my first year growing veg I sowed my seeds a little early and they are now taking over the house, especially the courgettes. I really need to plant them out. Need good weather!!!!

Been cold and frosty for two weeks. Now a bit warmer...not raining, overcast. Just ideal for greenhouse gardening.
Al my gooseberries which were in leaf and my gojis as well have been frosted but they will recover. Pear tree nearly in flower, damson tree partially in flower/

Still cold running: tracksuit top in April = wimp!

Ah hah, Lady Jana you will go and stand in a corner and no chocoate noddy for you!!! My potatoes are not going to be worth planting by the time I have good enough weather to get to the plot!!My house resembles a very scruffy garden centre at the moment! (Isay scruffy cos their rows are neat mine are on chairs, dog beds etc) My dogs have long since stopped looking me in the eye and are currently walking on tiptoes carrying banners saying cruelty to dogs equality now!!!!
