To my favorite honeydew, do you carrot all for me?
My heart beets for you, with your turnip nose, and radish face.

        Yes Radio 4 - Fridays 3pm

Piskie do you listen to GQT?
I find it all to silly - that sounds a bit snooty, sorry - but what has happened to it over the past year or so??? gone the way of GW I think. When the expert panel start laughing at their own silly jokes I turn OFF! happens every week sadly.

I don't listen to GQT but they're going to have more guest panel members on since the sad death of John Cushnie & I think Christine Walkden is going to be on the next show.
I don't think I've ever seen Bob Flowerdew on TV other than the odd programme where they've had people talking about the history of gardening or old Gardeners' World presenters. He writes every week for a garden magazine & it would be nice to see him on TV occasionally, I've got a few of his books & he always gives good practical advice.

He also regularly writes for Kitchen Garden, some of his articles being, um, unusual I think is kind, but decent enough information on fruit growing in particular.

Hi, Bob does indeed think 'out of the box' . Bob does not repeat ad nauseam (Sp) previous practices which have been written/copied for years.Everything that he writes about he has done and proven to work or not as the case may be.

                        Cheers
