  • What did I come in here for?

I am attempting to make some Samosas for tomorrows party. I have bought them before but felt the need to show off and make them from scratch.

Help! Have made the pastry () and the chicken filling seems a bit dry so any advice?

Brengirl the mixture needs to be a bit firm to keep it in place to wrap - if you still have probs why not add a bit of lemon juice and worcester sauce (the nearest I can think of for a Tamarind substitute) to slacken it a bit.
Whooops - now what are the dogs getting up to?

Sorry Bren _ saw this earlier but never cook with meat so haven't got any advice and I think lots of peeps have been locked out today due to spamming.

I'd add some tomato puree mixed with water; or just a little water if I needed to moisten up some filling.
